  • Teff and Millet – ancient grains with modern appeal, known for their impressive nutrient profiles

Freshly Stone-Milled, Made to Order

We mill our grains the old-fashioned way: with stone mills, and only when you order. That means your flour is as fresh as it gets—full of natural oils, flavor, and nutrition that start to disappear as soon as flour sits on a shelf. And of course, we never add preservatives or artificial additives.
