Made with stone milled whole grain Turkey Red wheat flour that is regeneratively grown and Identity Preserved by Willow Creek Farms.
Turkey Red wheat seeds were brought to central KS by Mennonite immigrants and first planted there in 1874. This was the dominant wheat variety in KS & OK until the mid 1930's and is the parent of most modern varieties grown in the area today.
Made with Big Country Hard White wheat (a recent Oklahoma State University variety release), also regeneratively grown and Identity Preserved by Willow Creek Farms.
