Our Story

Rooted in Tradition, Growing for Tomorrow

It started with a simple question: how do we connect the grain we grow to an actual food product? Growing up on a diversified farm near Braman, getting involved in soil health and regenerative agriculture changed everything.

The connection between healthy soil and healthy food became impossible to ignore. We started experimenting — toll-milling Heritage Turkey Red wheat, developing a pancake mix in the home kitchen with family as test subjects, and selling at farmers markets.

Now we're something bigger, focusing on Ancient Gluten Free and non-GMO Grains. A renovated dedicated gluten free facility in Braman houses our stone mill, pasta extruder, and pasta dryer, giving us control of the entire value chain — from growing Ancient & Heritage grains to milling flour and packaging products, all under one roof.

Every bag of flour is milled fresh when you order. Not months ago sitting on a warehouse shelf. Days ago. That freshness changes everything — the flavor, the nutrition, the way it performs in your kitchen.
